A very fascinating book indeed. No book has ever had an effect like this to me. When I started reading the book, I was drawn into the world of Bella. Mesmerized by those beautiful eyes and dazzled by the seraphic face of Edward. I too, fell in love with Edward Anthony Mason Cullen. Who would not be in love with Edward? A perfect creature, who fell unconditionally and irrevocable in love with Bella, an average human girl.
What really draws me to the book is their almost impossible relationship. A love between a vampire and a human. A guy, who would sacrifice everything even his own happiness just to make the love of his life safe and happy and a girl who would risk everything, even her own life just to be with the guy. I could just imagine the suffering and restraint of Edward when he is with Bella so not to hurt her and the courage of Bella just to be with Edward.
*sigh* Drawn back to reality, can’t help thinking that Edward does not exist in this world. No man, “or creature”, if I may say, could ever surpass the love he has for Bella. Guess all we can do is hope that we would find a guy that would love us, even if it’s not the way Edward loves Bella, but rather someone who will love us in his own special. You could say our very own Edward.
